These days feel shorter. Getting consumed in what I’m doing, losing track of time. Feels amazing, but terribly impractical if normal human interaction required. Very curious how productive I actually am during these extended days. Does time feel like it’s slowing down because my brain works slower? Or is a steady state of processing reached and progress sustainable? Is the human body most efficient at a 16:8 awake:asleep ratio, or should it be more like 18:8, maintaining a reasonable amount of sleep but extending the time in action by 12% or more? While humans live on this 24 hour rock, my guess: the optimal ratio will stay around 16:8 for most.
